Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this counseling or therapy for employees?
A: No. Our core services are educational and consultative. We help staff and leadership understand grief, respond effectively, and access appropriate resources. Short-term (1–3 session) individual or group support is available and typically employer-sponsored. Continued support can be arranged privately or through ongoing employer funding.
Q: What does a training session include?
A: Most trainings are 60–90 minutes and include education, discussion, and actionable strategies. Sessions can be tailored to your team’s needs—whether you're a leadership group, HR department, or full staff.
Q: Is this only for situations involving death?
A: Not at all. Grief can arise from health changes, caregiving, divorce, job loss, role transitions, and more. Our approach is inclusive, trauma-aware, and responsive to many forms of loss.
Q: How do we get started?
A: Start with a free discovery call. We’ll talk through your needs and recommend next steps—whether that’s a one-time session or a longer-term consultation.
